I think the key point is just to have some information describing the heading so that the visitor knows what to expect, or knows what the heading is about.

Text can have hyperlinks to other parts of the page, or to different pages alltogether. Therefore, the modules can be used as a form of an index, or just as a means to navigate to different parts of the page, site or even link to other sites.

We should just check the length of the headings. Some headings are really long. Can we maybe split them into different headings and add more blocks / Modules?
